Return And Refund

We support 30 days no-reason return and exchange
 
When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.
 
Note: All information on this page only relates to items bought from FROM OUR SITE. Don't return items to us that were NOT bought from us or by the other sellers.
 
When returning an item, you have the option to choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.
 
Note: If you have already sent back your item and received an email from us asking us to return it or have been charged for the original item, it will be reversed as soon as the return is processed by us.
 
You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders.
Follow this instruction:
    Go to Your Orders.
    Next to the relevant order, select View Return/Refund Status.
    For more information about our refund policies and how long it will take for you to receive your refund, go to Refunds.
    If you have already received a refund from us and are expected to return the item, please create a return request. 
    If the item is not returned to us, you will be charged for it.
    If you have already sent back the item to us and have received an email from us asking you to return it or have been charged for it, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is processed by us. It might take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
 
 
Package Return Policy
 
Your Package Return Policy is simple.
 
Any item purchased from us that you wish to return can be returned to us in the original condition it was sent at no charge and a return label will be provided.
 
Refunds may be denied if the returned item is in used/damaged/open condition.
 
We reserve the right to suspend or ban you and subsequent orders if we believe returns fraud or abuse has occurred.
